Un hotel 5 stelle senza acqua calda vi sembra possibile? Si è successo e non è stata ripristinata in tempo. Allora uno pensa che la tariffa venga adeguata al disservizio. Neanche per niente tante scuse e prezzo intero. L'amplomb di una struttura del genere si misura anche su questo.

Новый отель. Всё очень чисто. Общие впечатления очень хорошие. Прекрасные номера с очень удобными кроватями. Большой балкон, но когда идёт дождь, весь балкон заливает водой(очень странно и не удобно). Вполне достойный завтрак, есть несколько видов яиц, много мясной нарезки, фрукты, выпечка, шампанское(!), но нет свежевыжетых соков(. Из негативного отмечу ресторан, завтрак прекрасный, но блюдо по меню (рум сервис), оказалось полной катастрофой! Жена заказала вечером в номер салат цезарь с курицей. При стоимости блюда 25€(19€ + рум сервис чардж 6€) это был самый ужасный цезарь салат который мы ели в жизни!!! Просто вдумайтесь в салате было всего 3 ингредиента: 1.Китайская(!!!!) капуста 2.Маринованная курица 3.Немного непонятной заправки. ВСЁ!!! Больше не было ничего в этом салате! Это просто ужас какой то. А за 25 евро это был ужас вдвойне! При таком вкусном завтраке, никому не советую заказывать по меню на ужин в этом ресторане. Это реально катастрофа! Быть может это связано с тем, что ресторан находится ещё в стадии открытия, но было очень не приятно. Повторюсь завтрак всё же хороший! В остальном отель однозначно рекомендую - новый, чистый, уютный. Наличие машины будет плюсом,тк отель находится в новом районе, немного вдали от центра. В целом отдыхом в этом отеле очень довольны. Однозначно рекомендуем!

You have to spend time to try to understand which light switches are controlling which lights (switch on, off, dim, which lights, general,...). I counted 24 switches in the room! 2 blinking lights (wifi, sensor?) at the ceiling prevent you to sleep comfortably and impossible to switch off. Temperature control just says: 0,-1,-2, +1,+2 but no temperature displayed. I just switched it off. Please keep things simple and efficient.

Great rooms, great breakfast, great staff. The rooms are nicely furnished, bathroom's great and they have lovely, fluffy towels. Everyone's really helpful, staff speaks great English, which can be hard to find in Italy. Really convenient if you're going to the ChorusLife Arena, the whole place is easy to get around.
